I just want to share a few things that guide me not only in my professional life as a Realtor and Appraiser but also in my personal life

1)   Regret and failure are part and parcel of being human. My victories are mine and so too are my failures. I accept them all and take responsibility for my part in their creation. I will actively live my life, and enjoy my present.
As I inexorably create my future, I pledge that I will spend less time looking back other than to savor the memories of my past.

2)   Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow. Live with passion.
